| General Explanation of Membership Features |
| Standard Entrance Fee | There is no entrance fee. You can be a member of Las Colinas when you purchase property. Only property owners have the right to activate a membership category. |
| Green Fee | Green fees are not payable when Golf Members play a round of golf on the Golf Course except in the case of Category Three membership. Members’ guests are entitled to reduced green fees. Cart fees at reduced prices are payable if a cart is hired. |
| Annual Fee / Subscriptions | Memberships are annually renewable. |
| Preferential tee times and special events | Las Colinas is committed to making their membership special. Therefore, the club has reserved special tee times for Members only. The manager will be responsible for a tee time reservation system which allows members every opportunity to access their preferred playing times where possible. All categories of memberships will have the right to play in the full calendar of tournaments and events. |
| Family and tenant privileges | There will be advantages per category for partners and their children up to the age of twenty three years. Tenants.i.e. those renting or friends staying in the properties can take advantage of discounted golf guest fee rates. |
| Memb. Category A | This is an annual membership with unlimited golf available. |
| Memb. Category B | This is a seasonal type membership with a defined number of rounds set per year that are available to play. |
| Memb. Category C | This provides this category of membership a reduced annual subscription and then a set discount each time one plays. |
| Memb. Category D | This is an opportunity to pay a long term subscription of 10 years minimum at a considerably discounted rate with unlimited golf –for buyers in the first commercial fase- |
| Transferability | Rights and obligations of the Memberships different categories only transfer with the sale of property. |
| Troon Advantage | All Members will be entitled to access participating Troon facilities at discounted rates. |
| Property owners | Property owners who are not members will benefit from a reduced green fee at Las Colinas. |
| Management by Troon Golf | Troon Golf is the manager hired to operate the day to day operations of the facility. Troon Golf, www.troongolf.com is recognized as the worldwide leader in luxury golf management and manages nearly two hundred courses in twenty two countries on five continents. |
