Breaking out of ordinary life to get a place in the sun can be a lifelong dream, but how are you going to make it reality? You could arrange it yourself and brave a strange area and complicated process. You could try an estate agent and put up with sales tactics and viewing property you can’t afford.

Neither option sounds fun, and they aren’t the easiest way to go about it. To find the perfect place, you need to view those properties in your budget, in the right style and location. Then sit and think about it for a while. That’s what we do on Mediter inspection visits. We ask you what you want and then our expert team find it for you.

We put on a hotel, food, a guided tour of the right style of property in your chosen area and at the price you set. Then we give you space to take it in.
What will happen on my Inspection Visit?
Day 1
  • Pick up from the airport by a Mediter representative.

  • Settle in, grab a coffee or a drink.
    		•
  • Take a stroll around the area.
    		•
  • Meet your guide (a local property owner) and plan the next few days.
    		•
  • Rest of the day free.
    		•
    Day 2
  • Breakfast.
    		•
  • Inspection visit of one or two properties in the style and location you’ve chosen.
    		•
  • Lunch.
    		•
  • Inspection visit at one or two properties that meet your criteria.
    		•
  • Dinner.
    		•
    Day 3
  • Breakfast.
    		•
  • Return visit to any properties, if you choose.
    		•
  • Lunch.
    		•
  • Information and guidance on buying in Spain, if you want it.
    		•
  • Coffee or a drink at hotel.
    		•
  • Dinner.
    		•
    Day 4
  • Breakfast and/or lunch at hotel.
    		•
  • Travel to airport for trip home.
    		•

  • Give us a rough idea of when you’d like to visit, we’ll finalise dates later.

  • Visits usually start on a Tuesday or Saturday.

  • Flights can be arranged from anywhere in the UK or Ireland.

  • We can arrange a small group visit if you’d like one.

  • If you’d like to meet local expats, we can arrange that too.

  • You’ll definitely need comfortable shoes.

  • Bring a digital camera to take shots of places you like.

  • A notebook is also useful to jot down questions to ask us later.
