Club Mediter – Trouble-Free Property Maintenance

A great service for those who want trouble-free maintenance of their property. Since a majority of our clients do not stay permanently in their Spanish property, the need for help and maintenance services is often sought after. Mediter Real Estate has its own service department that can help with all the convenience. This is what we call “Club Mediter.”

Club Mediter offers to look after your Spanish property when you are not there yourself. We offer a wide range of services that can help with most things, whether you want to rent the property out or not. We service all types of properties, from apartments to individual villas.

A membership of Club Mediter costs 449€ for properties with up to two bedrooms and 499€ for properties with three bedrooms or more, annually and including VAT. The Club Mediter memberships includes:

• Key Holding
• Monthly Property Inspection
• Phone Consulting

The purpose of our services is to help you with what you need most when you own a property in Spain. This is one of the reasons we have developed our “12 times in a year” service check:

• Airing the property (opening windows and doors whilst other jobs are carried out)
• Flushing the toilets
• Running the taps
• Checking for any damp or mould
• Checking electricity and water
• Checking for any visual signs of break-in or damage
• Checking that the locks on the doors work
• Checking that balcony doors and windows are closed

After our inspection, we will leave a report at the property and send you one by e-mail.
