It was an amazing stay and we would recommend the New Apartment to anyone. Definitely be back! We stayed in the New Apartment for 16 days, there were three of us, my husband, my son and I. The location was perfect, just 5-7 minutes walking distance from the Playa Del Cura beach. It was ideal for us as our son has some mobility issues and we did not have to walk too far. The apartment was fully equipped with almost everything we needed for our stay. The beds were amazing, very comfortable, not many places have such comfortable beds. The aircon was the bonus in such hot weather. There were all the cleaning supplies and appliances, i.e. vacuum cleaner and sweeping brushes, handwash soap and the washing machine detergent. There was a coffee machine and the owners left the coffee pods for us to enjoy.

Great house for a family vacation. Super nice house, with good aircon (needed in July) nice pool. It accommodates 8 adults (4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms) easily, only thing to be aware of is there are only a small lounge sofa at the terrasse (5-6 persons). We had to take the chairs from upstairs terasse to be able to sit down all of us. At the top terrace only furniture to 4 people. There was only 2 wine glass in the kitchen, not enough for 8 persons. Plenty of other glasses and other kitchen equipment. Paul, who is main contact did a perfect job and answered to our questions very fast, and did everything he could to help with the questions we had. All in all a very good house 😀

Väldigt fint och bekvämt boende. Närhet till både resturang och matbutik, och 5 minuter bort med bil låg ett stort shoppingcenter och ännu fler och större matbutiker. Inte alls långt ifrån stan och stränder. Ett perfekt boende för både långa och korta semestrar. Fungerar bra att ta sig runt på till fots eller med taxi, men bil är att rekommendera, beroende på ens ändamål. Själva boendet var som på bilderna, helt underbart. Modernt, välstädat och inga konstigheter. Perfekt takterrass med pool att kunna slappna av i. Mediter och Paul var mycket hjälpsamma och vänliga. Hade absolut kunnat tänka mig återvända hit någon gång i framtiden!

Wir haben ein Junggessellinen-Trip als Überraschung für unsere Freundin veranstaltet und das Haus war dafür einfach nur perfekt! Tolle Aufteilung der Räume, genug Bäder, moderne Ausstattung, der tolle pool. Wirklich ein Traum! Ich würde zu 100% wiederkommen. Das einzige was mich gestört hat war, dass es auf beiden Etagen Kameras gab, die wir dann allerdings abgehangen haben, weil man sich dadurch beobachtet gefühlt hat, Vorallem wenn man mit Bikini den ganzen Tag im Haus rumläuft. Der Check in war flexibel und alles wurde gut erklärt. Host war immer zu erreichen! Sehr sehr gerne buche ich dieses airbnb wieder :)

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Il est très beau, parfaitement propre, bien équipé et conforme en tout point aux photos ainsi qu'à la description de l'annonce. Il est situé dans une magnifique résidence, calme et très bien entretenue. La piscine est superbe, spacieuse et très agréable, idéale pour se détendre. Tout était réuni pour passer un excellent séjour. Nous recommandons cet hébergement sans hésitation et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

We had a great stay at Las Colinas and would happily come back. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Communication with the host was easy from start to finish, and any questions were answered quickly. The location was peaceful while still being close to everything we needed. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend staying here.

Hôte extrêmement compréhensif, qui a su s'adapter pour nous accueillir plus tôt suite a 1 relogement. Appartement parfait, fonctionnel, très bien équipé, totalement accessible. Résidence sécurisée, environnement paisible, espace piscine très appréciable et très bien entretenu. Hôte a l'écoute et très réactif. Place de parking sous-terrain! Je recommande ce logement sans aucune hésitation, tout était parfait. Merci pour votre accueil.

I’ve stayed many times in La Zenia and specifically chose this apartment for location. Great walking distance to the boulevard, paddy’s point and supermarket. We always hire a car anyway but wanted the freedom of also being able to walk. We will definitely return here as we were very happy with everything especially the private outside space and private gated parking space directly outside the apartment.

Lovely penthouse apartment, great views, quiet complex pools and gardens and best of all the private pool on the solarium was fantastic. Quiet area but within 10 mins drive to so many places to shop, eat, entertainment and beaches. Mediter rentals were great and informative, If back in the area and this property is available, would book again.

La casa estaba impecable , además súper confortable con el Aire acondicionado , tal y como en las fotos , una vistas fantásticas . perfecto para unas vacaciones . me encantó y el anfitrión fenomenal , sin problemas y genial el detalle de algo fresco en el frigo de bienvenida y café .. todo al detalle Todo estupendo nada que decir

Great apartment in a gated complex with a pool, apartment was very clean and had a very spacious terrace, the location for us was perfect … close to la Zenia boulevard and a short walk to la Zenia playa. Very comfortable would recommend - thanks again 👍

Nuestra estancia en Playa Elisa ha sido magnífica. El apartamento precioso, cómodo y confortable. Fresco, nuevo, limpio y muy tranquilo. Lo único que para tomar algo hay que coger coche o caminar un largo trayecto. Por lo demás todo extraordinario.

Ha sido de las mejores experiencias indudablemente. Todo impecable, con todas las comodidades y la urbanización inmejorable. Piscina increíble y una tranquilidad que no se conseguirá en todo lado. Lo recomiendo y repetiremos seguro

Très bel appartement, le complexe somptueux, piscine devant l’appartement. Seul bémol pas mal de guêpe autour de la piscine et bruit de criquet assez fort mais pour le reste magnifique. Récidive fort probable. Merci

We really enjoyed our stay, the villa was great for our family trip, it was as really clean and having our own pool was the best part. It was a very relaxed and a quiet area at night. Great location for families

Mediter were great to deal with, we will definitely be returning. Roof terrace pool area was amazing, everything else was just like a home from home . Great restaurants in the area , everything fairly walkable

El alojamiento es tal y como se muestra en la fotos, la estancia ha sido muy cómoda y nos hemos sentido como en casa! Muy recomendable

Bra lägenhet med närhet till La Zenia. Det var en del kackerlackor i lägenheten. Det finns i Spanien så det är ju vad det är.
